
Jacob J. England DDS, MS, FACP is a Maxillofacial trained-board certified Prosthodontist. He is originally from Valparaiso, IN. Dr. England attended the University of Southern Indiana and ran cross-country and track for four years. He received his B.S. in Biology. He then attended the University of Illinois’s College of Dentistry in Chicago, IL.
After dental school Dr. England began his military career and entered the Active Duty Army. He then completed a 1-year Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Joint Base Lewis McChord in WA. From there he was assigned as a staff officer with the 673rd Dental Company in the 62nd Medical Brigade. This assignment culminated with a deployment to Kuwait, where he took Company Command.
Dr. England completed his residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD. After residency he taught Prosthodontics as an Assistant Professor with the Uniformed Services University Health Sciences, in the 2-year AEGD program, at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii for 5 years.
He then attended the Airforce Postgraduate Dental School and completed a Maxillofacial Prosthetics Fellowship. LTC England is a proud father of four children and in his free time loves to be outdoors, work on his house, run, and surf. He looks forward to serving you with all your Prosthodontic needs.
