We want to give you the greatest dental treatments we can. We keep learning and practicing all the time. We also bring in the latest technologies that help us deliver even better prosthetics. Here are some technologies we’re excited to share.
In-House Laboratory
Our greatest unique feature is our in-house prosthetic laboratory. We take digital scans of your teeth, and our two technicians can handcraft your prosthetics. We make:
- Dental crowns.
- Bridges.
- Veneers.
- Dentures.
- Bite guards.
- Inlays and onlays.
- And more.
Digital X-Rays
We can complete computerized x-ray scans in as little as a minute. They display two-dimensional or three-dimensional images of your:
- Tooth roots.
- Tooth surfaces.
- Tooth shapes.
- Jawbone.
- Gums.
- Muscles.
- And more.
We’ll see everything we need to plan safe, comfortable, and effective dental prosthetics for you, which should last a very long time.
Oral Cancer Saliva Tests
Oral cancer can develop in the tonsils, tongue, gums, and other areas of the mouth, even in patients under the age of 55.
When you see us once per year to check on your prosthetic, we can screen you for oral cancer through a saliva test. Thousands of people develop oral cancer every year, so we prioritize catching it early, which can greatly improve your treatment results.
HPV Test
Our saliva test detects general oral cancer, but our HPV test can find the presence of the human papillomavirus (HPV). This virus can lead to a particular type of oral cancer. Detecting the problem early is another way we strive to keep you safe.
Dual Monitors in All Operatories
We have set up two flat screen computer displays in every station, which you’ll be able to see during your appointment. We can show you your scans and images to explain what we’re going to do. Then, your dentist uses the monitors during procedures to make sure things are going well.
Intraoral Cameras
You don’t have to figure out how to read an x-ray. We also use tiny cameras that comfortably take full-color pictures of your teeth and gums, showing you any tooth damage, plaque, diseases, and so on. You’ll see magnified images on the monitor in front of you.
